We start with what exists, not what's supposed to exist — tools, data flows, integrations, and the workarounds that hold everything together. The workarounds are usually the most honest part of any system.
02 — Understand
The real picture rarely lives in any single place. It's in the friction between systems, the handoffs that don't quite connect, the gap between what's documented and what's done. We map that gap — and most of the time, seeing it clearly is already most of the work.
03 — Architect & Build (optional)
Some clients take the diagnosis and run with it internally. Others have us design and build the solution — APIs, integrations, automation logic, data pipelines. Either way, the deliverable is something real, not a deck.
